How long do ACH transfers take?
Standard ACH transfers take 2-3 business days. Same-day ACH is available for transactions initiated before 2:30 PM EST and may incur additional fees.
What are the transaction limits?
Standard accounts have a daily limit of $50,000 and monthly limit of $500,000. Enterprise accounts can request higher limits based on verification.
How do I add employees to payroll?
Navigate to Payroll > Employees and click "Add Employee". Enter their details including banking information for direct deposit.
What security measures are in place?
We use 256-bit SSL encryption, PCI DSS Level 1 compliance, multi-factor authentication, and real-time fraud monitoring.
How do I cancel a pending payment?
Pending payments can be cancelled from Payments > All Transactions. Click on the transaction and select "Cancel". Processing or completed transactions cannot be cancelled.
